Elaine, I would like to thank you for the EFT/TAT/Ancestral Healing session we had on February 11, 2007. We began with the intent to clear beliefs/patterns related to my weight loss, or lack thereof, issues. Throughout the whole process, you were "right there with me". I felt heard. I felt that you were unweaving the web along with me. Your intuitive information on my process helped us to get to issues that I had not considered before. Your input and direction and guidance helped us to connect the dots and get more data from the insights we received. To be specific, we addressed issues related to my anger at my mom's inability to protect us from abuse by my dad. I saw her as weak and a victim. In that work, we went even deeper and I realized how angry I was at religion for instilling in people how much suffering and self-sacrificing is looked on as such a necessity and even an honor to be able to get to heaven, or to make God happy, or be worthy enough. You were able to understand where I was coming from, and as new information came up, you gently and wisely guided the EFT/TAT/Ancestral segments so that it could be released and so that more new info could come up. You were patient, you were inquisitive, and you were understanding and kind throughout the whole process. You were funny, too! You also opened up new insights into slavery issues, which directly related to me being a slave to food. We discovered that I not only have "slavery" issues literally in my family lineage, but that I have that slavery energy in me now. Not only slave to a person, but slave to an idea, or to a belief. I had not ever put that together either. Huge new information!! You helped to bring out the "big guns", those self sabotaging roots that have plagued me so long. I have a deeper, more enlightened understanding of why now, thanks to you and our work together. There was one occasion where I felt a strong sensation in my throat, like it was closed, or choked, or something. We discovered that it was due possibly to not being able to speak up, speak out, speak my truth, speak my thoughts and beliefs, like my physical body was being self-sabotaged by my unconscious beliefs that I had better shut up....literally shut up, which is what I do in soooo many situations in my life. I am truly thankful, appreciative, and grateful that we met, and that you are so well trained and experienced with your healing tools. I recommend you to everyone, for all issues that may come up.
